Big change, such as frequent information exchange using Internet and/or cellular phones, has appeared in life style of students. In this a situation, it is important further that a university offers information systems to students suited their NEEDS. In Obirin University, the WEB based registration system, which will perform an error check on real time, started from September 2002. This system is planned as part of the system which a university uses WEB for students and makes information offer, and is reading the whole with Obirin e-Campus. A report upload system, the information notices system for individual student, etc. will be scheduled to open from April. Here, the outline of this system, and the result usage of the WEB based registration system are reported.
